Request deletion of your personal data

How to Delete Your Data

AI Social Engine, a product of IT FORT LLC, respects your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your data using any of the following methods:

Option 1: Delete Through Your Account

  1. Log into your account at http://localhost:3000/login
  2. Navigate to Account Settings
  3. Click "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm your decision

This will immediately delete your account and all associated data from our systems.

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to info@it-fort.com with:

  • Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your full name

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.

Option 3: Revoke Facebook/Instagram Access

To remove AI Social Engine's access to your Facebook or Instagram account:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings
  2. Navigate to "Apps and Websites"
  3. Find "AI Social Engines"
  4. Click "Remove"

This will revoke our access tokens and prevent any further access to your Facebook/Instagram accounts.

What Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will remove:

  • Your account information (name, email, password hash)
  • All posts and content you created using our Service
  • Scheduled posts that haven't been published yet
  • Connected social media account tokens and information
  • Analytics data associated with your account
  • Any other personal data we hold about you

What We May Retain

We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

  • Transaction records for legal/tax compliance
  • Anonymized, aggregated analytics data
  • Information necessary to prevent fraud or abuse

Content Already Published

Please note that content you have already published to social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) is controlled by those platforms. Deleting your AI Social Engine account does not automatically remove content from your social media accounts. You will need to delete that content directly on each platform.

Confirmation

After processing your deletion request, we will send a confirmation email to the address associated with your account. If you do not receive confirmation within 30 days, please contact us at info@it-fort.com.
