By accessing or using AI Social Engine ("Service"), a product of IT FORT LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), at http://localhost:3000, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

AI Social Engine is an AI-powered social media automation platform that allows users to:

  • Connect and publish to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Social Media Platform Integration

By connecting your social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to our Service, you:

  • Authorize us to access your accounts to provide the Service
  • Confirm you have the authority to connect these accounts
  • Agree to comply with each platform's terms of service
  • Accept responsibility for all content published through our Service to your accounts
  • Understand that we act as your authorized agent when publishing content

Facebook and Instagram: Our use of Facebook and Instagram APIs is subject to Meta's Platform Terms. You acknowledge that Meta may limit, suspend, or terminate our access to their APIs, which could affect our ability to publish to your accounts.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create using our Service. By using our Service to generate and publish content, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store and process your content to provide the Service
  • Publish content to your connected social media accounts on your behalf
  • Display content within the Service interface

5.2 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided for your use. You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing
  • Ensuring content complies with applicable laws and platform policies
  • Any consequences resulting from publishing AI-generated content

5.3 Content Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service to create, store, or publish content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
  • Is sexually explicit or pornographic
  • Contains malware, spam, or deceptive content

6. Acceptable Use

  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by IT FORT LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services including OpenAI, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third parties' terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party services. Changes to third-party APIs may affect the functionality of our Service.

9. Payment and Subscription

Certain features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Provide accurate and complete payment information

Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your purposes. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IT FORT LLC AND AI SOCIAL ENGINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Business interruption
  • Damage to reputation or goodwill
  • Social media account suspension or termination
  • Content errors or omissions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IT FORT LLC, AI Social Engine, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Content you create or publish using the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights or platform policies

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • You violate any applicable laws or social media platform policies
  • Continued use poses a risk to the Service or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law
